Very fast and talented player, easy dribble, plays and shoots with both his feet. Excellent corner and free kick taker. He began his career in Cascavel, city in the Brazilian state of Paraná, and his first professional contract was signed in 1998. He managed his career in a way to allow him to finish is degree in Construction Engineering, and he was only available to an international transfer when he his studies were over. In the season 2003/2004, Fábio signed for Gil Vicente (Portuguese Superleague), where he's playing nowadays and where he has shown his skills and abilities to the game.
